How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Trooper J D Sanders of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 180402543 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $5.75 for each certified report (certification required for court). But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted or blacked out.

I obtained the information prompting this solicitation from the Missouri State Highway Patrol website.

Insurance Claim

Radford may have an insurance claim. A lawyer will maximize the amount collected from the insurance company. In most cases, injured people can recover money for their medical bills, lost wages, and for their pain and suffering—even if a family member was driving. Getting a lawyer working on this case early will allow Radford to receive advice about preserving and gathering evidence and the value of their claim, which will help with the recovery. 1. I just wanted to stop and let you know all of the facts about this accident. Yes, Carrie does have a case, but it was ruled as being a true accident as Jeff Warren is a Type 2 Diabetic who is insulin dependent. When tested at the scene his blood sugar level was over 500, which was the cause of the accident as it caused him to black out behind the wheel. You also make no mention of the 3rd person who was involved in the accident, Tonya Warren. Her injuries were so severe that she had to be air lifted and emergency surgeries were performed, of which she still has not healed from.

Both seat belts in the impala had been broken by the force of the accident. If you would like photo’s, I would be happy to send them to you.

    1. Kaylyn,

Thanks for correcting the information given by the highway patrol. The trooper that writes the report often arrives hours after the injured have been removed. So the trooper may not know this information. The Warrens both have claims. Please have them call me at 877-925-1969 to discuss how to proceed. And yes, we will need the photographs.
