Paul Robert Rangel of Garden City, Kansas was killed on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 05:06 PM in Gray County, Kansas. Rangel is a 64-year-old man.

Upon correcting, vehicle 1[the 2007 Chevy Cobalt driven by Paul Rangel] went left of center and collided with Westbound vehicle 2[the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Donald Woosley].


Rangel's injuries were fatal. Rangel was taken by ambulance to St. Catherines Mortuary Of Dodge City.

The police said the 2007 Chevy Cobalt with Kansas license plate number 210KVD damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Progressive Insurance insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Perfection Auto.
