VEH 3 ROTATED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS ON THE WEST SHOULDER OF I-29 SOUTHBOUND FACING NORTHWEST. VEH 2 SKIDDED INTO THE DITCH OFF THE WEST SIDE OF I-29 AND STRUCK A TREE. VEH 2 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING WEST. VEH 1 CAME TO A CONTROLLED STOP ON THE EAST SHOULDER OF I-29 NORTHBOUND. ASSISTED BY CPL S.E. PRITZEL (1192), TPR C.J. BLUE (124), TPR J.D. SCHMEDDING (916), CVO R.E. POWELL (W129), HOLT COUNTY SO, MOUND CITY PD, ATCHISON-HOLT EMS, AND MOUND CITY RURAL FIRE.
