THE FRONT OF VEHICLE #1 STRUCK A ROAD SIGN. AFTER THE INITIAL IMPACT, VEHICLE #1 TRAVELED DOWN A STEEP EMBANKMENT WHERE ITS FRONT END STRUCK A TREE. Kemp was taken by Perry County Coroner to Perry County Morgue.
Kemp was in vehicle #1, a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero.
Kemp was a driver. The police said the damage to the 2002 Oldsmobile Alero was total. Regarding removal of the vehicle, the police said: Towed By Ives.

Msgt W Sevier of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220563184 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report. Certification is required for court.
The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
