Lakey’s injuries were fatal.
Lakey was taken by Coroner to Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home In Mountain Grove, Mo.
Lakey was in vehicle #2, a 1990 Ford F250.
Lakey was a driver. The police said the damage to the 1990 Ford F250 was total. Regarding removal of the vehicle, the police said: Towed By/To Elliot’S Towing In Macomb, Mo.

Cpl T L Brown of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220564556 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report. Certification is required for court.
The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
