Moore’s injuries were fatal.
Moore was taken by St. Charles County Ambualnce District to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
Moore was in vehicle #1, a 2015 Kia Optima. The police said the damage to the 2015 Kia Optima was extensive. Regarding removal of the vehicle, the police said: Towed To/By Crash City Towing.

Tpr Z T Micks of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220662955 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report. Certification is required for court.
The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
