Hurst’s injuries were fatal.
Hurst was taken by Atchison Holt Ambulance to Chamberlain Funeral Home In Mound City.
Hurst was in vehicle #1, a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado.
Hurst was a driver. The police said the damage to the 2005 Chevrolet Silverado was total. Regarding removal of the vehicle, the police said: Towed By Double D.
