VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. DRIVER 1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY DOCTOR M.B. JONES AT 1755 HOURS. ASSISTED BY CPL GEIER (599) AND THE MORGAN COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT. THIS IS TROOP F’S 5TH FOR THE DECEMBER AND 74TH FOR 2022.

Fischer was taken by Mid-Mo Ambulance to Bothwell Hospital- Sedalia.
Fischer was in vehicle #3, a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado.
Fischer was a driver. The police said the damage to the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado was total. Regarding removal of the vehicle, the police said: Towed By Garbers Diesel.
