Vehicle Damage
Stearns was in vehicle #1, a 1999 Chevrolet S10.
Stearns was a driver. The police said the damage to the 1999 Chevrolet S10 was total. Regarding removal of the vehicle, the police said: Towed By Owens Towing.

Tpr B N Crawford of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220679076 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report. Certification is required for court.
The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
