THE WHITE PONTIAC PROCEEDED TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP IN FRONT OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 2 CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP AND VEHICLE 1 WAS UNABLE TO STOP COMPLETELY. VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE 2.
