VEHICLE 1 CAME TO FINAL REST FACING NORTH AND BLOCKING LANES 1 AND 2. VEHICLE 3 TRIED TO AVOID VEHICLE 1 AND BEGAN TO SLIDE. VEHICLE 3 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK THE METAL GUARDRAIL. VEHICLE 3 CAME TO FINAL REST FACING NORTH AND BLOCKING LANE 1. VEHICLE 4 SLOWED FOR THE CRASH AND WAS STRUCK IN THE REAR BY VEHICLE 5. VEHICLE 4 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK THE METAL GUARDRAIL. VEHICLE 4 CAME TO A CONTROLLED STOP ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER. VEHICLE 5 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT AND CAME TO A CONTROLLED STOP ON THE LEFT SHOULDER.

Injuries

Gussner’s injuries were minor.
Gussner was taken by St Charles Coutny Ambulance District to St Joseph Hospital Lake St Louis.

Vehicle Damage

Gussner was in vehicle #5, a 2011 Cadilliac Srx. The police said the damage to the 2011 Cadilliac Srx was moderate. Regarding removal of the vehicle, the police said: Towed To/By A And A Towing.
